It had front and rear entrances to the hotel room.
It seemed older and possibly a bit out-dated.

It was perfect for my needs. Inexpensive and relatively close to the down town Iowa City area.

It was right off the interstate.
The carpet was damp and grimy.

The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast wasn't bad. The carpet was damp and grimy, which was rather unpleasant. The room wasn't dirty, but I wouldn't call it clean.

Room floor needs a new carpet or thorough cleaning.

When we made our Priceline reservation we called to verify room information. Staff at that time pre-blocked our room, and reserved a refrigerator and microwave for us, at no extra charge. Staff was always helpful and friendly, no matter what the shift. Room was decently clean, except for carpet, which felt sticky.
